Recycling and Waste Collections

There will be no collections for households who would normally set out their waste and recycling on the following nights:

Tuesday 24th December.  Households should instead set out for collection on Friday 27th December.

Wednesday 25th December.  Households should instead set out for collection on Saturday 28th December.

Tuesday 31st December.  Households should instead set out for collection on Friday 3rd January.

All other collection nights are unaffected and households should set out for collection as normal.

Parishioners are also reminded not to set out their waste and recycling ahead of their scheduled collection night.  With an expected increase in the volume of waste and recycling over the period, we also ask parishioners, particularly those using communal bins and collection points, to avoid overloading these in order to reduce the risk of bags splitting or getting blown around in the wind.
