Scaffolding Embargo - Town

There is a scaffolding embargo in town that starts on the 1st of May until the 15th of September. Certain exceptions, such as a building having structural issues, supported by a chartered building surveyor report will be considered. In these circumstances, Traffic and Highways Services may give permission for scaffolding to go up in between the embargo period.
